Return Request Timeline

·        Any return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

·        Requests made after 48 hours will not be eligible for return or refund

 


 

How to Raise a Return Request?

  3. Clear images or video of the product showing damage or issue

  4. Our team will review and respond within 2 working days

  5. Once approved, a replacement or refund will be processed

 


 

Refund Policy

·        Refunds are initiated within 5–7 working days after approval

·        Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error is from our side
